War Crimes Investigations of the conditions at the detachment Mühldorf and on transports in spring 1945
Scope and content
Report of the War Crimes Investigating Team Number 6827, Seventh US Army about alleged war crimes at the detachment Mühldorf and on transports in spring 1945. There are also witness statements, interrogations of prisoners and witnesses, lists of prisoners who died during the transports and an extract of the death book of the detachment Mühldorf. Under "Exhibits" by attachment one can find a police punishment order, English translation, concerning the prisoner Hude Pinkas; the photo copy sequence concerning "Disziplinar- and Strafordnung für das Gefangenenlager Dachau" ("Disciplinary and Punishment System for the prison camp Dachau") which were located in the same folder and were probably consulted by American administrative court officers concerning the case of Hude Pinkas or similar cases and were therefore located in this folder. A photo copy of a original German document of a police punishment order has also been inserted during the inventory. Both sheets 79 and 80 don''t really belong to the Judge-Advocate-Files mentioned above, but have been placed there in the end of the folder because of their ''relationship'' to the questioning complex.
