Scope and content

Group 1 includes all documents related to Nazi persecution and internment of persons in camps and prisons between 1933 and 1945. The Group also contains registrations of the persecuted persons, e.g. lists of the members of Jewish communities in Germany, as well as documents concerning the liberation of interned persons and comparable post-war compilations.
