Excerpts from files of the Trier Gestapo (Gestapo area Cologne): Directories of the Jewish population in the administrative district of Trier with various information on, among other things, personal status and property, including in the context of the deportations in Dec. 1941 and Feb/March 1943.

I) Information letter from the Jewish Religious Association to the Jewish population of Cologne concerning the deportation of 1000 persons to Minsk on 1941/11/13 and 1941/12/08.

II) 3 lists of property and accounts of Jewish residents from Trier, who were deported on 1943/02/28 and 1943/03/15, among others, with details of names and type of property, undated.

III) List of the Jewish and non-Jewish population in the administrative district of Trier, divided into communities based on the "census" of 1933/06/16 and the so-called "Personenstandsaufnahme" of 1937/10/10 and 1938/10/10.

IV) Directories of Jews from various districts:

The directories listed under IV contain, among other things, information on name, profession, date and place of birth, nationality, residential address or place of detention, civil status. Among them are also partly (detailed) remarks on previous convictions of individual persons (see Doc ID 11196987; 11197034). These are persons with majority German and some Polish citizenship.
Due to the way the originals are reproduced, the lists (IV) cannot be read continuously. Instead, a list consists of two consecutive documents. This makes the reading flow more difficult.
