Contains:

I) Statistical lists of Jews who were to be deported from Essen (including: age, sex, marital status, profession, ability to work).

II) Correspondence between the Essen Gestapo field office, the Düsseldorf State Police Headquarters regarding the forwarding of mail to the Litzmannstadt ghetto and property declarations of the deportees, 23 October - 6 December 1941. Also included is a copy of the "Postal Department of the Eldest of the Jews" in the Litzmannstadt ghetto.

III) List with information on persons affected by the deportation (name, profession, date and place of birth).
